Terms of Service

Last updated August 12, 2026.

The short version

Taimisto is an early-stage, actively-evolving product built by a small team. These terms are deliberately short rather than exhaustive legal boilerplate — if something here doesn't cover your situation, ask us via the feedback form.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your credentials to yourself. One account is meant for one founder or team working on their own ideas — the data behind it is scoped to your account only.

Your content

You own what you write into Taimisto — problem statements, canvases, checklist answers, interview notes, traction metrics, and everything else. We store it to run the product and don't claim any rights over it beyond that.

No guarantees, provided as-is

This is an MVP: features change, break, and get rebuilt without much notice. The graduation scoring is a heuristic, not investment or business advice, and shouldn't be the sole basis for any decision. We do our best to keep the service available and your data intact, but we don't guarantee uptime or that features will stay exactly as they are today.

Acceptable use

Don't use Taimisto to store or transmit anything illegal, don't try to access another founder's data, and don't abuse the service (scraping, overloading it, attempting to bypass authentication, etc.).

Ending your account

You can stop using Taimisto at any time. To close your account and have your data deleted, reach out via the feedback form. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable-use terms above.

Changes

We'll update these terms as the product changes and update the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use Taimisto after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Questions

See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data, or reach us any time via the feedback form.
